Vine to Table: A Culinary Escape at Kitchen 76 Two Sisters Vineyards
Cuisine: Italian
This is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever tried, we tried it for my birthday, and oh my… Everything was incredibly fresh, and so thoughtfully prepared. Two Sisters is not just a restaurant—it’s also a working vineyard, which elevates the entire dining experience. Every dish we had was thoughtfully paired with wines from their own estate, making it a culinary journey from start to finish.
We opted for their wine pairing experience, and it was exceptional. We began with a crisp glass of sparkling wine—perfectly refreshing to open the palate. With our courses, we were poured a white wine and a red, each beautifully matched to the flavor profiles of the food. To close the meal, we were served their signature icewine, a regional treasure that’s sweet, smooth, and perfect as a final note.
Here’s what we had:
Carciofi – Grilled fresh artichoke, opened like a flower and served warm. Smoky, tender, and elevated in its simplicity.

Tuna Tataki – Lightly seared, impeccably fresh tuna, dressed in a delicate soy-citrus glaze. Bright, refined, and melt-in-your-mouth.

Tagliatelle – Handmade ribbon pasta topped with tender shrimp and a flavorful light sauce. Delicate yet comforting.

Braised Short Ribs – Succulent, fall-apart short ribs, rich and deeply savory. A dish that speaks of slow-cooked perfection.

Chocolate Semifreddo – A dreamy finish with a silky chocolate custard exterior and a soft, rich cake center. Paired with the icewine, it was pure magic.

Two Sisters brings together elegance, warmth, and regional excellence. From the exceptional food and in-house wines to the attentive service and vineyard ambiance, it’s an experience to remember. If you’re near Niagara-on-the-Lake, do yourself a favor and book a table
