Experience Peruvian Flavors at Ceviche 105
Cuisine: Peruvian Food
Sometimes all you need is a quick escape, and Ceviche 105 in Coral Gables delivers it in the most delicious way. We stopped by for just a quick drink and some oysters, but it turned out to be one of those unexpectedly perfect moments—beautiful setting, bold flavors, and cocktails worth writing home about.
The interior design is absolutely stunning—modern, vibrant, and full of energy. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a celebration of Peruvian culture and seafood. Whether you’re sitting at the bar or tucked into one of the cozy corners, it’s the kind of place where you want to linger a little longer.
What We Had
Ostras Nikkei
These oysters were a knockout. Topped with a zesty Nikkei-style sauce that’s bursting with umami, citrus, and just the right touch of heat, each bite was bright, fresh, and layered. Easily some of the best dressed oysters we’ve ever tried.

Pisco Sour
Peruvian cocktail perfection. Smooth, foamy, citrusy, and balanced—the kind of drink that reminds you how underrated the Pisco Sour really is. The flavors paired beautifully with the oysters and added to the whole experience.

Even though we only stopped in for a quick drink and bite, Ceviche 105 in Coral Gables made a serious impression. The flavors were bold, the presentation was thoughtful, and the atmosphere was full of charm. We’re already planning our return trip—next time for a full meal, because if this quick stop was that good, we can only imagine what the rest of the menu has to offer.
