We popped into Au Petit Coin Breton for a simple bite—and ended up discovering one of the best French onion soups we’ve ever tasted (outside of France, of course). 

The soup was everything you’d want it to be: rich, perfectly caramelized onions, velvety broth with deep, savory flavor, and that crown of melted cheese and crusty bread that makes every spoonful feel like a hug. It tasted honest, nostalgic, and incredibly authentic—like a bite of Brittany right in the heart of Quebec City.

It’s cozy, classic, and comforting—definitely a spot to bookmark when you’re wandering the cobbled streets and looking for a quiet culinary moment that hits all the right notes.
