We started with the beef carpaccio, and it was easily one of the best we’ve ever had—thinly sliced, fresh, tender, and elevated with just the right amount of olive oil and seasoning. The main event was the Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Grilled to perfection, this iconic cut was robust, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. A carnivore’s dream.
