Camila’s Patisserie: A Sweet Escape in Coral Gables

Tucked in the heart of Coral Gables, Camila’s Patisserie is a must-visit for anyone seeking a refined dessert experience that feels indulgent without being overly sweet. This charming patisserie isn’t just a pastry shop—it’s a love letter to Latin American flavors with a delicate European twist.

On our recent visit, we were completely blown away by the torta de queso, a dessert that’s unlike your typical cheesecake. Camila’s version is silky, light, and rich in flavor, yet never heavy or overwhelming.

We ordered two flavors:

• Manchego – bold, creamy, and subtly salty with an elegant finish
• Strawberry – delicately fruity, fresh, and just the right touch of sweet

Both were outstanding, and honestly, some of the best torta de queso we’ve ever tried. With so many flavors still to explore, this spot easily earns a place on our “must return” list.
