We popped into Au Petit Coin Breton for a simple bite—and ended up discovering one of the best French onion soups we’ve ever tasted (outside of France, of course).  The soup was everything you’d want it to be: rich, perfectly caramelized onions, velvety broth with deep, savory flavor, and that crown of melted cheese and crusty bread that makes every spoonful feel like a hug.
